Our Scrapstore play team offer support to schools, early years settings, play organisations and other organisations looking to be more playful, through the delivery of training, auditing, consultancy and loose parts provision.

Scrapstore PlayPods

Our nationally endorsed Scrapstore PlayPods programme introduces loose parts into school playgrounds.

Early years support

We have a range of training courses to best support play and loose parts provision in early years settings.

Alongside our school Scrapstore PlayPod programme, we offer a bespoke early year’s loose parts package.

Play setting support

We can tailor our range of training courses to support play in all play provision (including breakfast and after school clubs; wraparound provision; holiday clubs and those activity providers looking to make their offer more playful).

We can offer a bespoke loose parts package too to the wider play sector.

Play training

We offer a variety of play training courses, designed for staff already working with children (including in schools; after school clubs and community play organisations).

We also provide training and support for non-play-based organisations looking to be more playful and develop their understanding of play.

Play audits

Our auditing and assessment service helps settings (including schools, early years, play providers, community settings and non-play organisations) to make the most of their grounds and play spaces to enhance children’s play. Please get in touch for more information.
