What?
A party! Birthday’s, Hen Parties, celebrations, all at Scrapstore! With lots of playful craft activities especially for you, we can tailor your party to suit your needs and themes. Don’t forget, parties aren’t just for children, we can run parties for adults too!
When?
Our most popular party day is Saturday, when we run parties at 10.15am and 2.15pm. We are unable to run Sunday parties, but can host weekday parties during the day and after school on Thursdays and Fridays. Saturdays are popular, so we advise you to book well in advance! Parties last 1.5 hours. You can book for Saturdays below. If you wanted a weekday party please email us. You can book up to 6 months in advance.
Where?
In our Playroom, brimming with colourful birthday bunting, creative activities on your chosen theme, and tables ready for your birthday feast.
Who?
One of our experienced, DBS-checked party-leaders will plan and facilitate the party.
Our parties can accommodate a maximum of 16 children (including the birthday-child)
We require that 3 to 5 adults stay as part of the party group (this is a guide to ensure that there are enough pairs of hands and avoid overcrowding. We appreciate that more adults will stay with a younger group, in which case we recommend a smaller group of 10-12 children).
We Provide:
Invitation template
Party facilitator
1 hour of craft activities on your chosen theme. You will have 30 minutes at the end to eat your birthday feast.
Decorations (bunting) – feel free to bring extras!
Party bags (containing ArtShop and scrap materials for creative play at home)
Tablecloths, picnic plates and cups, knife for cake-cutting, jugs of squash
A badgemaker
Wristbands for each child allowing families to access the Scrapstore Warehouse on the party day (usually for members). A full basket can be collected for a donation of £6, less if the basket isn’t full.
You Provide:
Party food, cake, candles
Additional adults (between 3 and 5)
Music – feel free to bring your favourite music on CD or connect your phone to our Bluetooth speaker
Pricing
Our standard party fee is £160, which covers the first 10 children.
Additional children can be added for a fee of £10 per child after the first 10, up to a maximum of 16 (including the birthday child). You can pay the additional balance for extra children in the ArtShop on the day as long as we know in advance the children are coming.
