Free Holiday Food Provision
All of our holiday play sessions include free healthy lunch for children. We also always haveplenty of fresh fruit.
This is fully funded, so there is no cost to families.
EeQu & HAF Funding Information
We use EeQu for holiday bookings as part of the Bristol City Council Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme.
We receive funding for children who receive benefits-related Free School Meals.
Please note:
• Universal Infant Free School Meals are not eligible for HAF funding.
• Families who are not eligible for benefits-related FSM may receive an automatic “declined” message from EeQu but everyone is welcome regardless.
Our holiday play sessions are open access, which means all children are welcome to attend, regardless of Free School Meal eligibility. The decline message only relates to HAF funding eligibility and does not prevent children from attending our sessions or having free lunch.
If your booking is declined through EeQu:
• Your child can still attend the session
• Your child will still receive free food
• You do not need to rebook
• You do not need to provide additional evidence
