Scrapstore PlayPod Delivery Team Member

  • Location: Based at Head Office in Bristol travelling to various session sites.

  • Salary: £23,809.50 per annum pro-rata. Rising to £24,784.50 per annum pro-rata in April 2026

  • Hours: 30 hours Term Time - 4 days per week across Monday to Friday. 22.5 hours Non - Term Time – 3 days per week across Monday to Friday (Occasional evening and weekend work as pre agreed).

    Children’s Scrapstore are looking for a hardworking, dynamic individual to join our small busy warehouse team.

    We require someone who is looking to make a difference to children’s play. You will collect, process, manage and deliver scrap to schools and other settings that have Scrapstore PlayPods where the children use it for play.

    This role is physically demanding, working in an active environment, e.g. loading/unloading vans and dressing scrap in a Scrapstore PlayPod ready for play.

    You will need to have a full driving license, be at least 21 years old and ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience.

Arts and Crafts Shop Assistant & Membership Support

  • Location: The ArtShop at Children’s Scrapstore, based in Bristol

  • Salary: £23,809.50 per annum. Rising to £24,784.50 per annum in April 2026

  • Hours: 37.5 Hours a week - Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-5pm

  • Vacancy: Permanent full-time

    Do you enjoy providing great customer service? 

    Are you passionate about arts and crafts? 

    Do you have strong administration skills?

    This is a busy role as part of the Art Shop team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members and the public, as well as providing front of house service to customers who visit Children’s Scrapstore for various events.

    You will be responsible for maintaining accurate processing and administration of Children’s Scrapstore membership, keeping membership records up to date and supporting members and shop staff with any queries relating to membership. You will also assist with the promotion of membership through social media and other mediums.

Arts and Crafts Shop Assistant & Social Media Activities

  • Location: The ArtShop at Children’s Scrapstore, based in Bristol

  • Salary: £23,809.50 per annum pro-rata. Rising to £24,784.50 per annum pro-rata in April 2026

  • Hours: 22.5 hours a week Tuesday to Thursday, 7.5 hours per day, 9am-5pm

  • Vacancy: Permanent part-time

    Do you enjoy providing great customer service? 

    Are you passionate about arts and crafts? 

    Would you like to work for a local Reuse charity that make waste things play things?

    This is a busy role as part of the Shop/Front of House team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members and the public as well as providing front of house service to our customers who visit Children’s Scrapstore for various events.

    This role will also include providing social media content for our communications team.
